Philoxenia – Hotelia 2023
The E-Reception project was showcased at the “PHILOXENIA 2023” International Tourism Exhibition, which took place at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre, from November 10 to 12, 2023.
The project’s core concept, the development of a digital assistant embodied in a humanoid robot that provides reception services, aligns seamlessly with the exhibition’s goal of advancing the hospitality industry by demonstrating how technology can elevate the visitor experience. Furthermore, it embodies the exhibition’s vision for a future where tourism thrives through the harmonious integration of technology and personalized service.
The proposed solution received significant interest and enthusiasm from industry companies, as well as from the general public.
