Philoxenia – Hotelia 2024
The E-Reception project was presented for the second consecutive year at the international tourism exhibition “PHILOXENIA 2024”, held at the International Exhibition Center of Thessaloniki from November 14 to 16, 2024.
The project is fully aligned with the exhibition’s vision of the tourism industry’s growth using cutting-edge technologies and personalized services.
Ms. Alexandra Kyrizaki, in her speech on Saturday, November 16th, presented the E-RECEPTION project and discussed the dynamic of digitalizing customer service in the tourism industry. She highlighted the increasing adoption of robots in reception services and, more generally, the use of Artificial Intelligence services to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and increase overall efficiency.
